If you are looking for a salon to pamper yourself or even your children, look no further. Everyone can feel pampered at A Touch of Color Makeup and Hair. Owner (and mom!) Sharyn Scully and her staff look to provide all customers with a 5-star pamper session. This salon offers a unique experience that blends creativity with beauty from relaxing hair and makeup services to themed parties for children.
Fairfield County Moms Blog contributors were invited to check out the new loft space available when you book a party. We were welcomed to an inviting space where beauty and creativity come together. Meant for ages 5 and up, parties include all paper goods and the studio is decorated in a theme of your choice. The party room was spacious, with arts and crafts, games, and music. There are several party themes to choose from and the staff is more than happy to accommodate your needs.

The party began with organized arts and crafts activities. Children made edible necklaces and crazy-eyed wind socks. After the crafts were completed, the children played floor games that included Jenga and Connect Four. The room also had a drum set and floor piano for the children to dabble with.
Sharyn {and her staff} engaged with the children and kept them moving through “Freeze Dance” and some other musical games with the children. Our time in the party space ended with a yummy treat of cookies and cupcakes, and a beverage choice of juice or water. I know my girls left with smiles on their faces after a fun afternoon.
