Have Fun! Be Social! A Night at Fairfield Social!

Friendly, trendy, and simply delicious is how I would describe Fairfield Social. They pride themselves in being local, fun, and crafty. No matter what adjectives we use to describe this new hot spot, it’s worth a visit!

Last week, our team had the honor of eating at Fairfield Social, a BRAND NEW restaurant located in the Black Rock section of Fairfield. Fairfield Social is more than just a restaurant; it is a part of the community where you can enjoy a seasonal menu for food and cocktails! They use local ingredients, offer a late night menu, and have a fun atmosphere!

The service was superb, the food was tasty, and the drinks were delectable! I’m not sure how you determine whether or not you like a specific restaurant, but exciting and creative cocktails are at the top of my list! Fairfield Social delivers!

A Pear Martini, Beets Me (rosemary and beet puree with vodka, rhubarb bitters and fresh lemon juice – I had this and it was out of this world), Maple Bacon New Fashion, Friggin’ Good (gin, fresh figs, triple sec, OJ, and chocolate bitters), and Rum Zinger Tea (organic orange and ginger tea, rum, frothed cream and cinnamon served in a mug) are just a few of the specialty cocktails they serve! I can’t wait to go back and try the Stone Fruit Cosmo, 1797 Mule and Ginger Twist!

Fairfield Social also offers a variety of specials worth noting! On Mondays, half priced bottles of wine, Tuesday is happy hour all night long, Wednesday kids eat FREE (Yes! Free!) and Sundays is $15 NY strip steak night!

You know how I feel; I highly recommend trying Fairfield Social! However, I wanted to share the thoughts of my fellow FCMB contributors who dined with me! I gave them the challenge of describing Fairfield Social in three words (or phrases) and here’s what they said:

Inviting, delicious, and modern.

Friendly, spirited, and cozy.

Creative, flavorful, and has a chill and welcoming atmosphere.

Inventive drinks, delicious salads, and nice atmosphere.

Fun drink menu, great bar area, and new twists on old classic dishes (my favorite were the salads).

I hope you feel inspired to try this new restaurant! Date night, ladies night out, dinner with the family or to watch the game at the bar, this is your place! Cheers!
