If you’re a 30/40-something year old parent, you’re probably no stranger to parenting memes.
On nights when the bedtime routine with my two toddlers is particularly exhausting, I’m guilty of collapsing on the couch immediately afterwards and mindlessly scrolling through social media for 20 minutes. Eventually I gather up the energy to peel myself off the couch to clean up dinner, put away toys, make lunches, etc.
Lately I’ve come across some pretty hilarious and eerily accurate parenthood memes that gave me much needed laughs at the end of some tough days. Given the ages of my kids (3 and 1), a lot of our day-to-day challenges revolve around the basics: getting them to eat, sleep, use the potty (the 3-year old), and avoid injury (of themselves or one another).
