Avatar_Body_BackI’ve shared the amazing impact the Body Back program has had on me with you.  Here were are, a little over two weeks since the program has ended, and I’m still feeling its positive impact on my day-to-day behaviors.  I’m eating clean, working out five to six times a week {and enjoying every minute of it!}, and drinking lots of water.  I still have the support of the other women from our sessions in our Facebook group.  I know that I can reach out to them at any time, and they’d be there to support me in whatever I need.  And guess what…I’ve signed up for the next session, which begins next month!

Why don’t you join me?
