2017 is officially here and Fairfield County Moms Blog wants to help you stay healthy and fit this winter. We have planned an exciting 2017 fitness event series that will give you the opportunity to start exploring the fantastic fitness, health and wellness providers throughout Fairfield County.
Please join us for our fourth fitness event with Go Figure Barre Studio (18 Elm Street, New Canaan) on Wednesday, February 15th at 7:00pm.
Come get fit with FCMB and Go Figure Barre Studio for a complimentary Figure Method Class (valued at $32). This method mixes intense muscle training with elongated stretch phases which results in a long, lean physique with gorgeous tone. This workout provides a balance of intensity and release that is nothing short of addicting. Following the class enjoy a glass of rosé and sparkling water.
