Fall Fun with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers

The weather in fall can be dreary, but the Bridgeport Sound Tigers hockey team can help with those seasonal blues. I recently had the chance to take my family to a 3:00 p.m. Sunday game, and the experience was nothing short of fun! The timing worked out perfectly after my two year old’s nap, and my six year old was very excited. My husband and I have been hockey fans since our college years, and we were excited to take the girls.

Pretty sure she was just there for the snacks!

The Sound Tigers run promotions and special events throughout their season. In the past, I’ve been to their Princess Night with my oldest, and it did not disappoint. My daughter was able to have meet and greets with some of her favorite princesses. You can check out their upcoming special events on their website. I am sure there is something that will interest children of all ages!

I was lucky enough to get a pic with the team mascot, Storm! My girls are still shy of costumed characters, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

The Sound Tigers organization is all about giving back to our community. We’ve been fortunate enough to attend games through discounted tickets offered to our local schools. Read more about just how much they give back in their Fanzone.

If your family is into hockey, take a look at their Sunday 4-pack option. It’s available during every Sunday home game all season long for only $89! It includes:

  • Four (4) tickets (Blue Zone)
  • Four (4) hot dogs or pizza slices
  • Four (4) soft drinks
  • Four (4) bags of chips
  • Two (2) Autographed Pucks

I definitely recommend a Sound Tigers game as a family fun experience.  I’m already looking forward to my next puck drop!
