Being a tofu junkie, I have diligently worked at seeking out and trying the many different tofu dishes served in and around Fairfield County. Whenever I see tofu on a menu, I order it because I’m excited to discover a new interpretation of the delectable flavor-shifting dish. Tofu Banh Mi is a vegetarian spin on a classic Vietnamese dish. This dish is full of cilantro and pickled veggies.
